BibleTruth.cc is a website that believes and proclaims all the Scriptures - both Old Testament and New Testament - to be as relevant today as when they were written. We uphold the Torah (found in the 5 books of Moses) as the eternal and binding Covenant of YHWH the Creator. And we believe that the prophesies are being fulfilled right before our eyes as the other "lost" house of Israel is realizing its identity and is returning in repentance to that eternal Covenant YHWH made with the patriarchs and with our forefathers. We also proclaim that Yahusha (aka Jesus) is the promised Messiah ben Yoseph and that he will soon be revealed in esteem as Messiah ben David. __________________________________________________________ Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear Elohim and keep his commandments, for this is the whole [duty] of man. For Elohim will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil. (Ecclesiastes 12:13-14) __________________________________________________________ Shalom and Welcome to this website. I'm happy and honored that you have found this teaching website. Perhaps you have come here because you are searching for a better understanding of the Bible. You are likely tired of the worn out and irrational interpretations of the Scriptures which you have found in traditional Christian churches and assemblies or in Jewish synagogues. Many are the denominational interpretations of the Bible. You can find hundreds of thousands of web pages which provide a traditional Christian interpretation of the Bible with all of their sectarian twists. But most are flawed because their understanding is rooted in a faulty or misguided conception whose underpinnings are in the traditions and commandments of men. The difference that this website provides is a re-examination of the Scriptures without all the sectarian trappings you find elsewhere. The writings and studies on this website are an outflow of my deep desire to know the Creator and to explain and proclaim the truths the Almighty has revealed through the Scriptures. We endeavor to seek out the true meaning of Scripture regardless if that interpretation supports any preconceptions we may have had or not. You may be thinking, "Why does the writer of BibleTruth.cc think that his interpretation of Scripture is to be believed over the long standing teachings, doctrines, traditions and customs of the Christian churches and denominations. What makes this guy so sure that his teachings and interpretations of Bible are better than all these?" These are great questions to ask. And I have endeavored to answer these questions and queries in an article you can open here, entitled, "An Apology." So this website provides a "proclamation" (teaching and living) of the Scriptures based upon a understanding that the Scriptures teach a unified, unchanging message to mankind. This is based on the understanding that God himself does not change in his perfect character and attributes, nor does he change his mind when it comes to sin and righteousness. The Old and New Testaments are not mutually exclusive. The New does not replace the Old! The New Testament is a continuation of the Tanach (Old Testament). Messiah came to teach a proper observance and understanding of the Torah and the Prophets. Therefore, whenever an interpretation of the New Testament teaches a new thing, that interpretation must be off the mark. The New Testament teaches us of the renewal of the Covenant which Yahuwah made with the patriarchs through the work and teaching and atoning sacrifice of Messiah.

What's New on BibleTruth.cc?
August 2010: Perhaps the greatest stumbling block doctrine in all of Christianity is that the Law has been done away with. The theologians attribute this teaching to Jesus and to Paul. And most other doctrines are affected by this misunderstanding of Scripture. In What Does the New Testament Teach About the Law?, we explore the true teaching in the New Testament about the Torah of Mosheh and how the believers in Messiah should regard the Old Testament Law.
August 2010: Paul writes in Galatians 3 about Abraham's righteousness by faith. And he talks about the problem of relying on law for righteousness. Also he speaks of the curse of the law. Find out what all these things mean in the article on Galatians 3:6-14.
July 2010: One of the most baffling trends in biblical interpretation for Bible thumping Christians has been the Messianic Movement. This article attempts to explain the Messianic Movement from the perspective of prophetic utterance and its fulfillment in our times. This "last days" phenomenon is growing rapidly in popularity as God's people study the Word without the constraints of the Christian systematic theologies to hinder them.
July 2010: The Christian churches teach that Jesus did away with the law. Thus, when Paul tells us in Galatians 2 that "by the works of the law no flesh will be justified," they teach that the OT law does not bring the believer into favor with Elohim. In Justification By Faith or By Works of the Law?: 2:11-21 we examine this Galatians 2 passage to discover its true meaning in light of the written Torah.
July 2010: Then, in Galatians 3, Paul talks about how Elohim gives his Spirit. And he speaks of the "hearing of faith." Find out what "hearing of faith" means in this newly released study, Galatians 3:1-5: The Hearing of Faith.
July 2010: The Jewish community has not acknowledged the coming of the Suffering Servant - Messiah ben Yoseph. And the Christian churches at large have not understood the ramifications of the death of Messiah at the time of Passover. And oh, by the way, the Lord's Supper was not a new institution. Should we understand the Bread and the Wine as actually eating the body and blood of Messiah? All this and more is discussed in Messiah Our Pesach.
June 2010: I have had a few people question my authority and right to publish Bible study articles as "Bible Truth." In An Apology, I lay out my explanation of why my interpretation of Scriptures is to be preferred over the traditional interpretations and theologies of the Christian Churches - both Catholic and Protestant. June 2010: The study of the Shabbatons is an insightful look at the appointed times which require a complete rest. But that's not all the Shabbatons teach us. Find out their prophetic significance by reading this study article. January 2010: Check out my new article on the Hebrew Calendar - Understanding the Times and the Seasons for a detailed explanation of the biblical calendar. December 2009: The so-called Gospel of John may not have been written by Yochanan (John) the apostle of Yahusha. The 4th Gospel claims to have been written by "the disciple whom Yahusha loved." Check out this examination of the 4th Gospel for some explicit internal evidence of who its true author is.
A Few of My Favorite Studies on BibleTruth.cc
The Sermon on the Mount is an eye opening study for anyone who wants to follow Messiah and walk in his footsteps. This is a concise commentary on the teachings in Matthew 5-7 with an emphasis on showing how the Messiah supported, explained and upheld the Torah of Mosheh as the correct walk of faith for all who follow Him. 1 Yochanan (The First Epistle of John) - A Practical Guide for the Walk of Faith is a thematic commentary. It's emphasis is to uncover and display the underlying Torah principles which inform Yochanan on the proper walk of faith. "The Just Shall Live By Faith" explores the true meaning of faith from the Hebraic mind. It exposes the false and misleading notions of popular Christianity's concept of "faith." It compares Paul's righteousness by faith alone message with James' righteousness by works teaching. It proclaims the scriptural formula for pleasing the Almighty and finding oneself in favor before him. The Gospel is an article which explains the Good News of Scripture from the point of view of the Hebraic context and culture of Israel. Popular Christianity sees the gospel as something very different than what the Scriptures teach, because they have torn it away from the prophetic utterances of Mosheh and the Prophets. This article seeks to restore an understanding of the Gospel by revisiting Sha'ul's (the apostle Paul's) interpretation in the light of the Law and the Prophets.
DISCLAIMER: You will not find any advertisements in the pages of this website. We are not owned or controlled by any man-made organization. Thus, we do not have to "tow the party line." We are able to unabashedly, unashamedly, and without sectarian pressure proclaim the truth propositions of the Bible. Nonetheless, it would be foolish of me to say that I know it all and that all other interpretations are wrong. I cannot say that. What I present in this website is my understanding of the Scriptures after stripping (as best I can) all the flawed influences of tradition and custom from my thinking. If at any point I have misunderstood or misrepresented Scripture, I am always willing to hear the reasoning and adjust my understanding accordingly.
